At Anycubic Polska Sklep, we offer a 14-day return period for all 3D printers and accessories, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our high-quality electronic products through a transparent and efficient return process.
Submit a Return Request
Contact our customer support team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Securely Package the Product
Ensure the 3D printer or accessory is placed back in its original factory packaging, including all cables, tools, and manuals to avoid damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated warehouse in Poland using a tracked courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned electronics, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
